Tomáš Libertíny's 'bee works' are given a place of honor at Art Rotterdam. With the new 'Artistic Matter' section, the fair gives space to an artist who not only uses canvas, paper, bronze, wood or marble.
'Bees and Blues' is an extension of this presentation. The selection of works on paper and canvas in Weisbard shows a lot of BiC blue. The Bluescapes has been an ongoing series since Libertíny fell in love with that color in 2006. That unique blue has a symbolic and literal meaning for the artist.
