Created just for the Rotterdam Art Week, the Multi Resto (used to be known as Kumzits) will pop up on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 February for a very special meal with seasonal and hand-picked ingredients to create a one-of-the-kind food experience.
The menu is composed of several dishes including: eggs stuffed with north-sea crab, octopus with white beans and palm cabbage, crispy Jerusalem artichokes with fried sage, roasted cabbage with chanterelles, roasted salsify with buttermilk jus and Brussels sprouts finishing with quince pie with almonds and salted caramel
